About
Emeraude Raillard
​
'Emma' is the founder and managing director of Grade A Consulting Pty Ltd. With nearly 20 years of experience shared between the Banking and Mortgage Broking industries, she decided to share her knowledge and became a qualified Trainer and Assessor in 2021.
This experience led her to plan, design, write and assess the Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking - FNS40821 - and collaborate in other projects such as Unit of Competencies development for Real Estate courses.
More recently, Emma designed an online version of FNS50322 - Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking for an RTO.
Emma is fluent in French and English, has a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, a Cert IV in Banking and an Associate Degree in Science and Technology major Mathematics.
Maria Guilot

Maria is Grade A Consulting Role Play Manager.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and completed a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Maria is a valued team member who fully embraces the customer-centric value of our company.
She is dedicated to supporting students and goes above and beyond expectations to help them achieve their courses.

Leah Pullona

Leah joined Grade A Consulting as a Liaison Officer in February 2023.
Leah is in charge of all-things-Admin and assist with Compliance tasks
She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and completed her Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Leah is a friendly and supportive team-player with great customer service skills.

Grade A Consulting provides solutions for your training and assessing needs.
We offer RTOs tailored solutions ranging from marking, assessing, learning and assessment resources development, unpacking Units of Competency, mapping documents, facilitating private and/or group live sessions, and content creation for your training packages.
We specialize in FNS units of competencies and have experience with BSB and CPP units.
