Today, we want to honour one of those people — Valerie Caniard, our Executive Assistant since 2022 — as she retires after years of dedication, excellence, and invaluable service.

Valerie has been more than an assistant. She’s been a steady hand, a trusted advisor, and a warm presence in our day-to-day operations. Her professionalism, organizational brilliance, and personal commitment have helped guide the company through times of growth and change.

Whether it was managing complex schedules, coordinating projects with ease, or simply being someone everyone could count on, Valerie set the gold standard.

More than her work, it’s Valerie’s friendship, humour, and kindness that will be missed the most. She brought a personal touch to the office that can’t be replaced — always ready with a smile, a solution, and the willingness to go the extra mile.

Last Friday, we gathered for a special despedida to celebrate Valerie’s retirement. It was a beautiful evening of laughter, memories, and heartfelt goodbyes — a fitting send-off for someone who has meant so much to the team.

As Valerie begins this exciting new chapter, we send her off with immense gratitude and our very best wishes. Retirement may mark the end of a professional journey, but for Valerie, we know it’s just the beginning of many new adventures.
